With a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development and several years of experience in the career coaching field, I bring a blend of empathy, insight, and practical strategy to every session. Over the past four academic years, I’ve worked in a school setting—initially full-time and now part-time - supporting students as they explore their future pathways. This hands-on experience keeps me grounded, inspired, and closely connected to the evolving world of education and work.
I continue to work closely with both students and parents, offering guidance around post-16 and post-18 education options, including sixth form, college, apprenticeships, university, and alternative routes. This support is available privately through KJ Career Coaching ensuring families feel informed, confident, and empowered to make the right choices for their future. My approach is warm, honest, and action-oriented—designed to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive in your professional journey.
